Total Cardiovascular Solutions — TCVS — is a select group of highly-trained and skilled interventional cardiologists who work out of three hospitals in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India: Krishna Heart & Super-Specialty Institute, SAL Hospital & Medical Institute, and Sheth V.S. General Hospital.

They have performed over 25,000 transradial interventions; over 98% of their cases are performed through the radial approach. At present, they are participating in six international clinical trials.

The TCVS partners include: Dr. Tejas Patel and Dr. Sanjay Shah.

Dr. Tejas Patel and the TCVS group began sponsoring TRICO (Transradial Intervention Course) in 2005. TRICO has been held annually in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India since then.

Each year, TRICO attracts over 425 participants and an international faculty made up of the world's leading radialists.

Dr. Tejas Patel and Dr. Sanjay Shah are freqently invited to teach at live TRI workshops and conferences around the world.
